New role: Women’s Trad Festival - Social Media Coordinator

Tasks include:
Creating social media content (3 posts per week) on Instagram and Facebook
Engaging with followers through comments and direct messages
Engaging with similar content to drive follower growth and engagement
Working with the Festival Directors to forward plan the social content calendar
Tracking the performance of content and using this data to tailor future content
Requirements:
A love of writing, photography and content creation
Experience in both creating social media content and growing a following on social media
A passion for trad climbing (at any grade!) and our aims
Personally aligned with our values
Great organisational skills
Happy working as part of a remote team
Attend the 2022 festival and manage social media at the event
Desirable:
Have previously attended Women’s Trad Festival
Experiencing using Photoshop and other design programmes
The role:
3-4 hours per week growing the Women’s Trad Festival social channels
Responsible for documenting the festival weekend on social media
Work closely with the Festival Directors
Starting in Autumn 2021
This is a paid role, but please bear in mind we are a grassroots organisation. Wage will be discussed on application.
